• Performed a virus and malware scans and your system is free of viruses or troyans (which could cause the problem you're trying to solve).
• Upgraded Aston to the latest stable version.
• Searched forums for a possible solution (probably other people have already had the same problems and found the way out).

In any case, please, provide us with the comprehensive information about your system:

• Version of Aston (Richt-click Aston tray icon>About)
• Your processor, amount of RAM and operating system version (richt-click My computer and select Properties>General)
